SuperGroupies is releasing a number of officially licensed collaboration items with the Kirby series!

Since its debut in April 1992 as a game for the Nintendo Game Boy (*the Game Boy is a Nintendo trademark), the Kirby series has seen successive releases in various genres of games, including action, racing, pinball, and puzzle games, among many more. Thus far, 34 titles have been released in the Kirby series, each of which has broad appeal and playability for a range of players, garnering fans from beginners to seasoned gamers. 

Kirby has starred in a wide range of merchandise and activities, including stuffed animals, figures, miscellaneous goods, books, apparel, cosmetics, and more. The Kirby Café was opened in 2018 as permanent fixtures in Tokyo and Hakata for fans to fully immerse themselves in and experience the world of Kirby.

With over 40 copy abilities under his belt, Kirby’s powerful strength and cuteness combine to make him a one-of-a-kind character beloved by many fans spanning all ages, genders, and nationalities. 2022 marks Kirby’s 30th anniversary since its first release; and with it, the franchise will continue to win over new fans through its games and other ventures.
